When the callers go to your voice mail, you can set it up so that they can press 0,1 or 2 to reach you at 3 different numbers. 

"You've reached the voicemail of James Bond. Press 0 to reach Money Penny; Press 1 to reach M or Press 2 to Reach Q."

 Set up these numbers from the user portal Voicemail and Records.

1. Use your voicemail features to record your voice prompt. 
2. Use the  Voicemail and Records portal to set up your numbers to ring. 

This is a very convenient feature for people who are not at their desks mostly. 

You give a list of phone numbers that will ring simultaneously if your extension is either unanswered or busy. Set the time period for your extension to ring. After this time, the list of numbers will begin to ring. Set the time for how long they are going to ring. The list of numbers can be other extensions or they can be your cell phone or home phone or any other phone of your choice.

 You can control these settings yourself from the Voicemail and Recordings menu.
